Role & Company / Project Overview: Globina Innovative Private Limited is hiring for the position of Collection Executive (Tele-Collection). Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Follow up with customers regarding overdue payments and outstanding dues • Negotiate and establish suitable, realistic repayment plans • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, payment status, and collections • Ensure timely follow-ups on pending dues • Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets • Build positive customer relationships while strictly ensuring payment compliance Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Experience: 6 months to 2 years (experience in collections, tele-calling, customer service, or related fields preferred) • Languages Required: Kannada, Hindi, and basic English • Good communication skills in Kannada and basic English • Ability to handle customer conversations professionally and persuasively • Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated attitude • Documents Required: Updated resume Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Work Mode: Work From Office (Onsite) • Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM • Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Last Sunday of the month is a working day) • Location: 1207/343, 9th main road, 7th sector, HSR Layout, Sierra Cart Building 1st Floor, opposite to Applon, Bengaluru, Karnataka – 560102 Application Instructions: • Interested candidates can call directly or connect via messaging with their updated resume to schedule an interview.
