Job description

Role & Company / Project Overview: Click My Loan is looking for energetic, target-oriented, and dedicated Collection Executives to join our growing team in the Collection & Recovery department. This opportunity is aimed at individuals with good communication and negotiation skills who want to build a career in the fintech/NBFC industry. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Contact customers for overdue loan repayments and EMI follow-ups • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets • Follow up on broken PTP (Promise to Pay) commitments • Improve collection efficiency and reduce overdue accounts • Maintain proper customer records and daily MIS reports • Handle customer queries professionally and negotiate repayment plans as per company policy • Coordinate with the collection team leader to improve recovery performance • Follow company policies, customer privacy requirements, and fair collection practices Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): • Collection target achievement • Collection efficiency and recovery rate • PTP conversion ratio • Overdue and delinquency reduction • Daily calling and follow-up productivity • MIS reporting accuracy Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Good communication and negotiation skills • Basic computer knowledge • Target-oriented and self-motivated mindset • Experience in fintech, NBFC, banking, or loan recovery is preferred • Freshers with good communication skills may also apply Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Noida, Sector 15 (Near Metro Station) • Professional work environment Compensation & Benefits: • Performance-based incentives • Growth opportunities within the fintech industry Application Instructions: Interested candidates can reach out via contact number or submit their resumes for consideration.
