Job description

AIDENT is hiring committed Remedial Primary Teachers for an NGO education project in Bengaluru, Karnataka (Doddanagamangala / Rayasandra). The position focuses on strengthening foundational literacy and numeracy skills among primary school children. Key responsibilities include conducting remedial learning sessions, identifying individual student learning gaps, providing targeted academic support, monitoring and documenting student progress, and coordinating with parents, schools, and project leadership. Candidates should hold a D.El.Ed., B.Ed., or equivalent qualification, with 1 to 3 years of teaching experience preferred. Mandatory language proficiency includes Kannada, English, and Hindi.
