Role & Company / Project Overview: SpringXE Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced Lead Software Engineer (Linux + Python) on a Contract-to-Hire (C2H) basis in Bengaluru (Hybrid). This role requires a passionate tech leader with 8+ years of experience to drive infrastructure scalability, develop backend services, build robust CI/CD pipelines, and provide technical leadership across global teams. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Design & maintain scalable, secure cloud and on-premise infrastructure. • Develop Python-based backend services, REST APIs, and custom automation tools. • Build and optimize end-to-end CI/CD pipelines. • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Ansible. • Manage Docker and Kubernetes environments. • Conduct code reviews, enforce engineering standards, and mentor team members. • Ensure high platform reliability, monitor observability via Grafana & Prometheus, and handle incident management/RCA. • Collaborate with product, security, architecture, and global operations teams. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Must-Have Skills: - 8+ years of experience in Full Stack Development / DevOps. - Strong Python development background with Flask & FastAPI. - Hands-on expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Ansible. - Solid experience in CI/CD pipeline design (GitHub Actions or similar) and IaC. - REST API development and integration. - Monitoring & observability setup using Grafana and Prometheus. - Proven experience in production support, incident management, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA). - Strong technical leadership, troubleshooting, and debugging abilities. • Good-to-Have Skills: - Linux Administration expertise. - React.js for internal dashboards and tooling. - Hybrid / Multi-cloud environment experience. - EfficientIP appliance experience. - Disaster Recovery (DR) & Business Continuity Planning (BCP). - Experience working in a global support / Follow-the-Sun model.
