Role & Company / Project Overview: Xforia is hiring for the role of Fraud Detection Analyst / Fraud Investigator. This is a full-time, immediate joining opportunity. The position is based on-site working from the office 5 days a week. Local candidates are given first priority. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Analyze financial transactions and account activities to identify suspicious patterns and potential fraud. • Conduct end-to-end fraud investigations, including 360-degree alert reviews, evidence gathering, and case analysis. • Investigate fraud types such as Account Takeover (ATO), Identity Theft, P2P Payment Fraud, ACH/Check Kiting, Wire Fraud, and other payment-related frauds. • Review customer profiles and transactional trends to identify red flags and assess fraud risks. • Determine appropriate actions, including case closure, reimbursement, escalation, and fraud mitigation. • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders throughout investigations, including SAR filing processes. • Maintain detailed investigation records and ensure compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and regulations. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 3+ years of experience in Fraud Detection and Investigations. • Strong analytical, research, and decision-making skills. • Transaction Monitoring experience is preferred. • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook. • Knowledge of financial transactions, fraud prevention, and investigation procedures. • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Computer Science, or an equivalent discipline. • Full-time Master's degree / MBA preferred. • Certifications such as CFE, CAMS, or CRPHi are an advantage. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India • Work Mode: Work from Office – 5 Days a Week • Shifts: Flexible shifts available (07:00 AM – 04:00 PM / 06:00 PM – 03:00 AM / 09:00 PM – 06:00 AM) • Joining: Immediate Compensation & Benefits: • Full-time employment with Xforia.
