Role & Company / Project Overview: Teamware Solutions is hiring experienced Fraud Investigation Analysts for an exciting Contract-to-Hire (C2H) opportunity in Bangalore, India. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Conduct fraud detection, transaction monitoring, and investigations into financial crime • Execute investigations into transaction fraud and payment fraud • Investigate account takeover incidents and identity theft cases • Handle review processes relating to Suspicious Activity Reports (SAR), chargebacks, and claims processing Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in fraud detection and financial crime investigations • Hands-on experience in fraud detection and investigation • In-depth knowledge of transaction fraud and payment fraud • Experience handling account takeover and identity theft investigations • Understanding of Suspicious Activity Reports (SAR), chargebacks, and claims processing is an added advantage • Immediate joiners preferred Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India • Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire (C2H) Compensation & Benefits: • Not specified Application Instructions: • Eligible candidates should share their updated resume with the recruiter via email or phone.
