### Role & Company / Project Overview We are looking for an experienced GCC IT Tech Lead who can drive enterprise software governance, application lifecycle management, and IT operations within a Global Capability Center (GCC). ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Drive Software Asset Management (SAM) & IT Asset Management (ITAM) • Manage Enterprise Software Licensing, Compliance & Optimization • Oversee Application Portfolio Management & Software Lifecycle Governance • Handle Software Procurement, Vendor Management & Contract Renewals • Manage SaaS Management, Software Catalog & Application Approvals • Work with ServiceNow, ITIL, Incident & Change Management • Manage Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, Okta & SSO/MFA • Oversee Endpoint Management – SCCM, Intune, JAMF • Support IT Infrastructure, Networking, Security & Workplace Technologies • Deliver Technical Leadership, Stakeholder Management & Global IT Collaboration ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • 8+ years of relevant experience • Strong expertise in SAM, ITAM, software governance, and licensing compliance • Proven experience in enterprise software tools, directory services, and endpoint management solutions • Strong technical leadership and stakeholder management capabilities ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Employment Type: Full-Time • Shifts: 12:30 pm to 9:30 pm / 2 pm to 11 pm • Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India ### Application Instructions Interested candidates or referrals can submit profiles via email.
