• Role & Company / Project Overview OptiValue Tek Consulting is recruiting an experienced Oracle BRM (Billing and Revenue Management) Support Lead to lead production support operations and billing cycle execution. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Lead production support, incident resolution, and bug fixes for Oracle BRM environments. - Oversee billing, rating, discounting, invoicing, and payment processing operations. - Direct support teams, ensure SLA compliance, and coordinate issue resolution with infrastructure and application teams. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 8+ years of relevant experience in Oracle Billing and Revenue Management (BRM). - Deep technical and functional knowledge of BRM architecture, pipeline rating, and billing engines. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Locations: Bengaluru, Pune, Hyderabad, or Pan India. • Application Instructions - Please forward your updated resume via email.
