### Role & Company / Project Overview A leading Top MNC is hiring an experienced Labelling Application Support Analyst to support enterprise labelling solutions across manufacturing and supply-chain operations in life sciences, medical devices, and manufacturing industries. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Provide L2/L3 support for enterprise labelling applications - Resolve production printing incidents and label generation failures - Support label template changes, testing, validation, and deployments - Coordinate with ERP, MES, WMS, infrastructure, and manufacturing teams - Drive root-cause analysis (RCA), incident resolution, and continuous improvement - Support global manufacturing operations under a 24x6 AMS model - Manage label design, template configuration, and print workflow troubleshooting - Perform industrial / thermal printer configuration and print queue management - Handle incident management, RCA, change management, and SLA-driven support ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Experience: 4–8 Years in L2/L3 Application Support - Hands-on experience with Loftware, BarTender, Label View, or Mark Magic - Expertise in Enterprise Label Management and Barcode / RFID Labelling - Strong integration support across ERP, MES, WMS, and other enterprise systems - Proven track record troubleshooting barcode issues, label generation failures, and production printing incidents - Solid knowledge of GS1, UDI, compliance labelling, and SQL troubleshooting - Good to Have: Loftware Cloud / NiceLabel experience; Zebra, SATO, Honeywell, or Intermec printers; GxP, FDA / UDI and validated-system support; ServiceNow / ITSM and production support experience ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India - Shift / Support Model: 24x6 AMS model ### Application Instructions Interested candidates can apply by submitting their updated resume to the contact team.
