• Role & Company / Project Overview: Onzestt is hiring an experienced Labelling Support Analyst for L2/L3 Application Support based in Bangalore. The role involves supporting enterprise labelling applications deployed across manufacturing and supply-chain operations. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Deliver L2/L3 application support and handle production incident management. - Manage label design, templates, barcode/RFID labels, and print workflows. - Troubleshoot label generation errors, printer connectivity, and print queue issues. - Provide integration support across enterprise ERP, MES, WMS, and manufacturing systems. - Support and configure industrial printers including Zebra, SATO, or Honeywell. - Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Experience: 4–8 Years of relevant application support experience. - Key Skills: - Hands-on experience with Loftware, BarTender, Label View, Mark Magic, or similar enterprise labelling platforms. - L2/L3 application support and production incident management expertise. - Industrial printer experience (Zebra, SATO, Honeywell). - Strong RCA, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills. - Good to Have Skills: - SQL - ServiceNow / ITSM - Loftware Cloud / NiceLabel - Experience with GxP, FDA / UDI, and regulated manufacturing environments. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India • Application Instructions: Interested candidates can share their profiles via email.
