### Role & Company / Project Overview Champions Group is looking for an experienced Junior IT Assistant to join our IT support team. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Provide end-user support and IT troubleshooting. • Manage desktop, laptop, and Windows OS support. • Configure LAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN. • Perform printer installation and troubleshooting. • Configure Outlook and handle email setup. • Manage CCTV setup and maintenance. • Oversee system backup and data recovery operations. • Handle employee IT onboarding and offboarding activities. • Manage software installation and license tracking. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Minimum 2 years of relevant IT support experience. • Strong experience in end-user support and technical troubleshooting. • Candidates must currently reside in Bengaluru only (relocation is not accepted). • Must be available for an in-person, face-to-face interview in Bengaluru. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Working Days: Monday to Saturday • Shift: Rotational Shift • Work Mode: Onsite • Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru ### Application Instructions • Interested candidates are requested to submit their updated resume via the designated contact email.
