### Role & Company / Project Overview NetConnect Global is hiring an IT Technical Support Engineer dedicated to an AI Application, stationed in Bangalore. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Provide technical application support and comprehensive troubleshooting for an advanced AI Application. • Diagnose, triage, and resolve technical issues using Node.js and SQL database queries. • Monitor application stability, analyze recurring technical incidents, and deliver effective technical workarounds or fixes. • Coordinate with engineering and product teams to escalate critical bugs and optimize operational performance. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • 3 to 4 years of relevant IT technical support and application troubleshooting experience. • Core technical proficiencies required: Node.js, SQL, Application Support, and system troubleshooting methodologies. • Availability: Immediate joiners / immediate notice period preferred. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India. • Working hours and shifts as per client and company operational standards. ### Compensation & Benefits • Standard industry package based on experience and company norms. ### Application Instructions • Suitable resources and candidates can apply by sharing their resumes via email.
