• Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring an experienced Subject Matter Expert – Benefit Configuration to join our team in Bengaluru. This is an urgent vacancy seeking immediate joiners to handle healthcare benefits configuration and platform analyst responsibilities. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Serve as Subject Matter Expert for benefit configuration across healthcare products and plans. - Configure, test, and maintain benefit structures using Facets. - Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into accurate configuration setups. - Troubleshoot configuration defects, execute root cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional healthcare IT, testing, and operations teams. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Minimum 4+ years of relevant professional experience. - Strong hands-on experience in Benefits Configuration. - Working knowledge and hands-on experience with Facets. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Availability: Immediate joiners only. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. - Work Arrangement: Onsite / Standard business hours. • Application Instructions: Interested candidates meeting the criteria are encouraged to share their updated resumes via the provided official contact details.
