Job description

• Role & Company / Project Overview We are hiring an experienced SDET Engineer with strong Healthcare Payer domain knowledge, specifically focusing on Facets, EDI, API & Automation. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Perform end-to-end testing across Facets, APIs, CRM, IVR, and partner systems. - Conduct testing for healthcare modules such as Claims, Enrollment, Provider, and Eligibility. - Test EDI transactions including 834, 837, 270/271, 278, and 835. - Execute REST/SOAP API testing utilizing Postman, SoapUI, or similar tools. - Perform comprehensive data validation and reconciliation across systems using SQL. - Develop and execute test automation using tools such as TOSCA, Playwright, or Selenium. - Collaborate across cross-functional teams, solve technical issues, and mentor team members. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Total Experience: 5 to 10 Years. - Notice Period: Immediate Joiner or maximum 15 days notice period. - Domain Expertise: Strong Healthcare Payer domain knowledge with hands-on experience in Claims, Enrollment, Provider, or Eligibility modules. - Program Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare programs such as Medicaid, Medicare, TRICARE, and Marketplace. - Technical Skills: Proven experience testing EDI transactions (834, 837, 270/271, 278, 835), strong SQL skills, and REST/SOAP API testing skills. - Automation Tools: Experience with TOSCA, Playwright, or Selenium. - Preferred: Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards such as FHIR and HL7 is a plus. - Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Shift Timing: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM. - Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India. • Application Instructions - Interested candidates should submit their updated CVs as instructed.
