• Role & Company / Project Overview Manning Consulting is hiring for Talent Acquisition – UK & Europe Recruitment at CL 9 – Specialist level in Bengaluru. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - End-to-end recruitment management from sourcing to offer closure. - Sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and closing job offers. - Direct stakeholder and hiring manager management. - Talent sourcing through LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean search queries, and referrals. - Supporting US requirements and business stakeholders after onboarding. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 5–15 years of recruitment experience. - Education: Any Graduate. - Solid experience in UK & Europe Talent Acquisition / Recruitment (mandatory core requirement; screening is based on UK & Europe end-to-end recruitment rather than US recruitment; US exposure is an added advantage). - Thorough understanding of UK & European hiring practices and processes. - Proven sourcing capabilities across diverse channels. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO), Bengaluru – BDC7. - Shift: US Night Shift – 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM (Any 9.5 hours). - Date of Joining (DOJ): 7 December 2026. • Compensation & Benefits - Fixed Compensation: ₹14.5 LPA Fixed. - Cab Facility: Available. - Relocation assistance: Yes. - Interview Process: 2 Rounds. • Application Instructions Interested candidates can submit their updated CV to the recruiter.
