Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring a Global Talent Acquisition professional to handle recruitment mandates. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Lead the end-to-end TA lifecycle for global & US hiring mandates. - Drive advanced candidate sourcing, talent pipeline creation, and screening. - Partner closely with business leaders and hiring managers to meet hiring SLAs. - Manage candidate engagement, offer negotiations, and pre-onboarding. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Experience: 5 to 15 Years in US Recruitment / Global Talent Acquisition. - Education: Any Graduate. - Notice Period: Maximum 30 Days. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Bengaluru (Work From Office). - Shift: US Shift.
