Role & Company / Project Overview: Hunter-Z is partnering on a confidential executive search to identify an accomplished Senior Director – Global Talent Acquisition to lead, transform, and scale global talent acquisition operations in Bengaluru, India. This strategic leadership mandate is designed for a seasoned TA professional who can align talent acquisition with business growth, lead complex global hiring programs, and build high-performing teams across IT Services, Technology Consulting, Engineering Services, and Automation industries. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Strategic Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute enterprise-wide TA strategies aligned with business priorities and workforce planning. • Technology & Specialist Hiring: Lead technology hiring across diverse and emerging skill areas, building strong talent pipelines and innovative sourcing capabilities. • Global Recruitment Delivery: Drive high-volume hiring across functions and geographies, ensuring quality, productivity, and delivery excellence. • Business & Client Partnership: Work closely with senior business leaders and clients, acting as a strategic talent advisor. • Team Leadership: Build, lead, and mentor large, geographically distributed recruitment teams while developing a strong leadership pipeline. • TA Transformation: Drive recruitment analytics, ATS optimization, automation, AI-enabled sourcing, and process excellence. • Vendor & Commercial Management: Build strategic recruitment partnerships, optimize costs, and strengthen vendor performance. • Market Intelligence: Utilize talent market insights and compensation benchmarks to influence critical hiring decisions. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 15+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition leadership experience. • Strong background in IT Services, Technology Consulting, Engineering Services, or Automation. • Proven experience managing large-scale technology and specialist hiring mandates. • Demonstrated ability to build and lead sizeable recruitment teams across multiple locations. • Strong global and international talent acquisition exposure. • Excellent business stakeholder and client management capabilities. • Strong understanding of workforce planning, talent markets, and strategic sourcing. • Exposure to recruitment analytics, ATS platforms, AI-enabled sourcing, and automation. • Strong commercial orientation and vendor management capabilities. • Added Advantage: Experience in GCC / Global Capability Centre hiring, distributed global TA operations, and technology-led recruitment transformation.
