Job description

• Role & Company / Project Overview: Unimech Aerospace (Innomech Aerospace Tooling Private Limited) is hiring Grinding Operators for precision surface, cylindrical, or tool grinding operations at their Devanahalli facility. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Setup and operate precision grinding machines to achieve critical aerospace surface finishes and tight tolerances. - Dress and balance grinding wheels according to material specifications. - Secure parts in magnetic chucks or custom fixtures and measure parts during grinding cycles. - Inspect ground components using precision measuring equipment. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Education: ITI (Fitter / Turner) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. - Experience: 2 to 10 years of grinding operation experience in precision engineering or aerospace. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Plot No. 3, Aerospace SEZ, Hi-Tech Defence and Aerospace Park, Devanahalli, Bengaluru - 562165. - Date & Time: Saturday, 10th October 2026, 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM. - Work Mode: Onsite. • Compensation & Benefits: - Not specified. • Application Instructions: - Attend the walk-in with an updated resume, educational records, previous payslips/bank statements, and Aadhaar/PAN cards.
