Job description

• Role & Company / Project Overview: Unimech Aerospace is hiring qualified EDM Operators for its precision aerospace tooling division located in Devanahalli, Bengaluru. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Setup and operate Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM) equipment for precision tooling and component fabrication. - Position workpieces and electrodes, set electrical discharge parameters, and monitor spark erosion processes. - Verify close-tolerance dimensions of finished components using specialized precision inspection instruments. - Perform maintenance on dielectric fluids, filters, and tooling fixtures. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Education: Diploma (Mechanical) or ITI (Fitter / Turner). - Experience: 1 to 10 years in EDM operations. - Industry Preference: Aerospace tooling or precision machining. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Plot No. 3, Aerospace SEZ, Hi-Tech Defence and Aerospace Park, Devanahalli, Bengaluru - 562165. - Interview Date: Saturday, 10th October 2026 (9:00 AM to 4:30 PM). - Work Mode: Onsite. • Compensation & Benefits: - Not specified. • Application Instructions: - Bring an updated CV, all educational documents, payslips/bank statements, and Aadhaar/PAN cards to the walk-in venue.
