• Role & Company / Project Overview SPAR Technology Services Pvt Ltd is seeking Hardware Engineering Interns to join their Automotive R&D Team. The organization is a respected leader serving the global automotive industry, founded on innovation with numerous patents revolutionizing the design, performance, and efficiency of modern automotive powertrains. Interns will gain hands-on exposure to automotive R&D, prototype development, real-world motor control systems, and live product development. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Work on live Automotive R&D projects - Motor Control Systems testing and development (BLDC / PMSM) - Hardware verification & validation - Prototype development & engineering testing - Hardware test setups, measurements & debugging - Utilize industry-standard laboratory equipment - Work closely with and receive mentorship from experienced R&D engineers • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Candidates pursuing or possessing B.Tech, M.Tech, or PhD degrees - Open to passionate engineering students from NITs, IITs, and other Tier-1 Engineering Colleges with a strong academic background and interest in Automotive Electronics & Hardware Engineering - Prior academic projects, internships, or coursework related to: - BLDC / PMSM Motor Control - Power Electronics - Automotive Electronics - MATLAB / Simulink - Embedded Systems • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Duration: 3 Months - Work Mode: 5 Days – Work from Office - Location: Whitefield Main Road, B Narayanapura, Mahadevapura, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India - Interview Process: Virtual (with any one round face-to-face / f2f) • Compensation & Benefits - Stipend: ₹25,000 per month (25K PM) - Practical experience in hardware testing & validation and mentorship from industry specialists • Application Instructions - Send your updated resume to the contact email provided.
