Role & Company / Project Overview: VDart is looking for an experienced Power BI Developer with 5+ years of relevant experience possessing strong expertise in Power BI development, data modeling, SQL, data security, and business intelligence solutions. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Design, develop, and maintain robust Power BI dashboards and interactive reports • Build efficient and scalable data models using Power BI • Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) and comprehensive application security models • Integrate Power BI with other applications leveraging Embedded Analytics, Power BI Service, and REST APIs • Develop custom Power BI visuals tailored to specific business requirements • Write complex SQL queries across multiple databases • Create and maintain database stored procedures, functions, and views • Perform rigorous data validation, troubleshooting, and quality checks • Optimize database and query performance through indexing, partitioning, and query optimization techniques • Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 5+ years of Power BI development experience • Extensive proficiency with Power BI Dashboards, Reports, and Power BI Data Modeling • Proven experience implementing Row-Level Security (RLS) • Hands-on expertise with Power BI Embedded Analytics, Power BI Service, and APIs • Strong SQL skills (writing complex queries, stored procedures, functions, and views) • Demonstrated competence in database performance tuning, indexing, and partitioning • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India • Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation & Benefits: • Competitive compensation matching experience and industry standards Application Instructions: Interested candidates are invited to share their updated CV directly via email.
