Role & Company / Project Overview: The Den Bengaluru, LXR Hotels & Resorts is hiring a Pool & Gym Attendant to support recreational and fitness facilities in delivering exceptional luxury guest experiences. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Oversee the safety, cleanliness, and orderliness of the swimming pool area, gymnasium, and related recreation facilities. • Ensure gym equipment is properly sanitized, well-maintained, and operating safely for guests. • Provide fresh towels, refreshments, and assistance to guests utilizing the pool and fitness center. • Monitor pool areas for safety adherence, maintaining strict hygiene and sanitation standards. • Report equipment malfunctions, facility repair needs, or safety hazards immediately to management. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Relevant prior experience in fitness, recreation, or pool operations, preferably in high-end hotels or resorts. • Strong commitment to guest safety, attentiveness, and exceptional hospitality service. • Good communication and interpersonal skills in interacting with international and local guests. • Physical stamina and agility required to maintain pool and gym facilities. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: The Den Bengaluru, LXR Hotels & Resorts, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. • Standard operational luxury hospitality shift rotations.
