Role & Company / Project Overview: The Den Bengaluru, LXR Hotels & Resorts is hiring a Barista to join its luxury hospitality team in Bengaluru. The hotel seeks passionate, driven, and guest-focused professionals dedicated to delivering world-class hospitality experiences. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality coffee and beverage orders following luxury hospitality standards. • Maintain high standards of coffee crafting, presentation, taste consistency, and guest satisfaction. • Keep beverage preparation stations, espresso machines, and bar areas clean, sanitized, and organized. • Manage beverage inventories, monitor ingredient levels, and ensure fresh supplies. • Provide engaging, attentive, and refined customer service to all guests and patrons. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Professional experience as a Barista, preferably within luxury hotels, high-end cafes, or fine-dining establishments. • In-depth knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, espresso preparation, latte art, and beverage service. • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer care skills. • Ability to function well in a dynamic, fast-paced luxury hospitality team environment.
