Role & Company / Project Overview: ADZ Recruitment is seeking an experienced, results-driven Civil Site Supervisor to lead major infrastructure and roadwork operations in Bangalore. The role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction, ensuring safety compliance, and driving overall project success on-site. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Daily Site Execution: Plan and coordinate day-to-day construction activities • Crew & Subcontractor Leadership: Direct work crews, subcontractors, plant operators, and heavy equipment safely • Civil Infrastructure: Oversee roadworks, pavements, earthworks, drainage installations, and associated works • Traffic & Staging Management: Manage construction stages and operations safely around live traffic • Progress & HSEQ Monitoring: Track site productivity against project schedules while enforcing safety, quality, and environmental standards • Constructability & Coordination: Resolve on-site challenges promptly and collaborate with Engineers and Project Managers to keep works moving Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 3+ years of site supervision experience within civil infrastructure and road construction • Proven background in delivering significant roadworks, pavements, earthworks, and drainage projects • Strong leadership, daily coordination, and problem-solving skills • In-depth knowledge of site safety protocols, quality control, and environmental requirements Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India • Workplace Type: Onsite civil infrastructure and road construction sites Compensation & Benefits: • Competitive salary offered based on industry standards and demonstrated experience Application Instructions: • Send your updated CV to the specified recruitment email with the subject line 'Application - Civil Site Supervisor - Bangalore'.
