Job description

• Role & Company / Project Overview: Hosconnn Consulting Services Private Limited is looking for a dedicated Site Engineer to join the team in building better healthcare spaces. The role involves managing and executing healthcare civil construction projects with purpose and precision. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Supervise and actively monitor all civil construction work at project sites. - Ensure all civil works are executed in strict accordance with design drawings, technical specifications, and standards. - Coordinate daily with contractors, vendors, suppliers, and the internal project management team. - Monitor site quality, safety standards, and operational progress continuously. - Maintain accurate site documentation, measurement sheets, daily progress records, and reporting logs. - Support overall project planning, tracking, and timely completion. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Educational Qualification: B.E. in Civil Engineering. - Experience: 3 to 4 years of proven civil construction site experience. - Strong knowledge of civil construction processes, structural works, and site execution practices. - Excellent understanding of engineering drawings, BOQ (Bill of Quantities), and material specifications. - Demonstrated ability to lead and manage site labor teams, subcontractors, and contractors. - Proactive, detail-oriented mindset with strong team player capabilities. - Willingness to travel to various project sites as required. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India (along with travel to project sites). • Application Instructions: - Interested and eligible civil engineering professionals can forward their updated CV or reach out via official contact channels.
