• Role & Company / Project Overview: Janani Water Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its team and inviting applications for the position of O&M Coordinator to be part of their mission to deliver reliable and sustainable water solutions. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Coordinate and oversee operations and maintenance (O&M) for water and wastewater treatment facilities. - Manage operational reporting and data tracking using MS Excel. - Lead coordination and team-management activities across plant operations. - Handle hands-on day-to-day operations for ETP, STP, MEE, and ZLD systems. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech preferred. - Experience: 8 to 10 years of relevant hands-on experience in O&M, ETP, STP, MEE, ZLD, and water & wastewater treatment plant operations. - Strong communication, coordination, and team-management skills. - Good knowledge of MS Excel and operational reporting. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. - Work arrangement: Onsite. • Compensation & Benefits: - Not specified. • Application Instructions: - Eligible and interested candidates can apply by submitting an updated CV directly to the designated recruitment email or contact number.
