Role & Company / Project Overview: Talenque is hiring an experienced Machine Learning Lead for an innovative company building a sensor-driven, AI-powered precision health platform for pets. This position is based in Bengaluru (Work From Office, Full-time). In this role, you will own and drive the ML roadmap across an advanced technology ecosystem powered by Digital Signal Processing, Audio Signal Analysis, Accelerometer Data, Time-Series ML, and AI. This is more than a traditional ML leadership role—you will lead research, develop production-ready models, mentor ML engineers, and transform complex sensor data into meaningful, actionable health insights. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Define and drive the end-to-end Machine Learning roadmap • Design and develop custom ML models tailored for sensor and signal data • Build and deploy models utilizing CNNs, RNNs, GANs, LLMs, and LoRA • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing ML engineering team • Build scalable data preprocessing and analysis pipelines • Establish and optimize MLOps practices and infrastructure • Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve model performance in production • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams • Drive ML research, innovation, and technical excellence across the organization Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Education: B.Tech from a Tier-1 Institute (IIT, NIT, BITS Pilani, or equivalent) • 10+ years of overall Machine Learning experience • 8+ years in a similar ML leadership role • Strong expertise in Digital Signal Processing, Audio Signal Analysis, and Time-Series ML • Hands-on experience with CNNs, RNNs, GANs, LLMs, and LoRA • Proven experience building and deploying custom ML models and taking models from research to production • Strong technical knowledge of MLOps, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Python • Proven track record of leading and mentoring ML teams • Mandatory: Prior experience working in a B2C product-based company • Good-to-have: Experience with IoT and connected devices, cloud-based ML deployment experience, published research papers or ML patents, and experience in pet wellness or related industries Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka (Work From Office) • Employment Type: Full-time Compensation & Benefits: • Opportunity to build AI solutions focused on pet health and wellness, working with real-time sensor data, and driving next-gen AI healthcare innovation Application Instructions: • Apply by emailing your resume with the subject line 'Machine Learning Lead'.
