• Role & Company / Project Overview: Urgent opening for a Lead AI/ML Engineer to build next-generation AI-powered applications, autonomous agents, and enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions based in Bangalore. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Architect, design, and deploy production-grade AI/ML and enterprise GenAI solutions. - Build intelligent autonomous agents and multi-agent architectures. - Design and implement advanced RAG pipelines, semantic search, and hybrid search frameworks. - Develop scalable enterprise-grade applications integrating large language models and vector databases. - Integrate tools and workflows using model context protocols and AI automation platforms. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Experience: 7 to 10 years of hands-on technical experience in AI/ML engineering and architecture. - Core Tech Stack: Strong expertise in Python, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and NLP. - Generative AI & LLMs: LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and LLM Fine-tuning. - Agentic AI Frameworks: Autonomous Agents, Multi-Agent Architectures, LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, and CrewAI. - Search & RAG: Advanced RAG, Hybrid Search, Semantic Search, and GraphRAG. - Vector Databases: Qdrant, Pinecone, ChromaDB, and FAISS. - Models & Ecosystem: OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Llama, and Hugging Face. - Libraries & Frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow, FastAPI, and Scikit-learn. - DevOps & Cloud: Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS/Azure deployment. - Preferred/Bonus: Experience in AI automation, document intelligence, Model Context Protocol (MCP), and enterprise AI platforms. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India. - Work Mode: Hybrid / Work from Office. • Compensation & Benefits: - Competitive compensation based on industry standards and experience. • Application Instructions: - Interested candidates are invited to share their updated resumes to the designated recruitment email address.
