Job description

Role & Company / Project Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior AI Agent & Automation Solutions Engineer to build, deploy, and optimize production-ready AI agents and intelligent automation solutions leveraging Anthropic Claude and modern agentic AI technologies. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Develop AI agents using Claude APIs, Claude Code, Claude Agent SDK, and Claude Skills. • Build reusable AI skills, agentic workflows, and custom MCP integrations. • Develop Python automation, APIs, asynchronous workflows, and data-processing pipelines. • Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms, databases, and external APIs. • Implement AI evaluation frameworks, security controls, monitoring, and production governance. • Translate business requirements into scalable AI-powered solutions with measurable outcomes. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Strong Python programming, API development, asynchronous programming, and testing. • Hands-on experience with LLM applications, AI agents, and agentic workflows. • Working knowledge of Anthropic Claude, tool calling, and structured outputs. • Experience with MCP, SQL, JSON, YAML, Git, and enterprise integrations. • Familiarity with AI safety, evaluation, and production deployment practices. • Preferred Skills: FastAPI, Pydantic, pandas, pytest, Docker, CI/CD, RAG, vector databases, multi-agent orchestration, AWS/Azure/GCP, Jira, Confluence, and workflow automation tools.
