• Role & Company / Project Overview: PT Taehang Indonesia is hiring an Operator Engineering. PT Taehang Indonesia provides an opportunity for energetic, disciplined candidates with a strong desire to learn to join their team. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Assist in the maintenance and repair of production machinery (Membantu perawatan dan perbaikan mesin produksi). - Conduct periodic checks on machine conditions (Melakukan pengecekan kondisi mesin secara berkala). - Assist in handling machine disruptions/troubles according to supervisor's instructions (Membantu menangani gangguan mesin sesuai arahan atasan). - Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and neatness in the work area (Menjaga kebersihan dan kerapian area kerja). - Ensure all work complies with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Occupational Health and Safety (K3) standards (Memastikan pekerjaan sesuai SOP dan standar K3). - Report any machine damage, faults, or abnormalities to the supervisor (Melaporkan kerusakan atau ketidaknormalan mesin kepada atasan). • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Minimum education: High school / Vocational high school graduate or equivalent (Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK sederajat). - Preferred majors: Mechanical Engineering (Teknik Mesin), Electrical Engineering (Teknik Elektro), Automotive Engineering (Teknik Otomotif), or relevant fields. - Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (Fresh graduate dipersilakan melamar). - Basic understanding of production machines and engineering equipment is an added advantage. - Ability to use simple work tools and measuring instruments. - Basic troubleshooting ability is an added value. - Detail-oriented, agile, disciplined, and responsible. - Ability to work both individually and as part of a team. - Good physical condition with a strong commitment to work safety. - Desired candidate attributes: high work enthusiasm, willingness to learn and develop, team collaboration skills, and a positive, professional work attitude. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Working System: Willing to work in rotating shifts (Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem shift). - Location: Onsite at Jl inti 1 Blok C1 No 9-11 Bekasi International Industrial Estate, Cibatu, Cikarang Selatan, Bekasi, Jawa Barat, Indonesia. • Application Instructions: Send updated CV via email with the subject line format: Operator Engineering_Nama Lengkap.
