• Role & Company / Project Overview Above & Beyond Talent is seeking a detail-oriented Jr. Customer Analyst to support customer and financial operations. This role focuses on invoice verification, spreadsheet management, data accuracy, and documentation across multiple systems. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Review and verify customer invoices for accuracy. - Create and maintain spreadsheets tracking financial and customer data. - Organize documentation across multiple systems. - Ensure data consistency and accuracy. - Support internal teams with reporting and analysis. - Identify discrepancies and escalate issues as needed. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, sorting, filtering, and basic analysis). - Experience with Salesforce and Google Sheets. - Strong organizational and time-management skills. - Experience in customer analysis, data analysis, operations, or finance. - Familiarity with invoice processing or billing operations preferred. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Baytown, TX (Onsite) - Duration: 7 Months (W-2 contract) • Compensation & Benefits - Pay Rate: $20–$23 per hour • Application Instructions - Apply via email using Jr. Customer Analyst as the subject line for a rapid response.
