Role & Company / Project Overview: PT AIIA MULTI ANUGERAH is hiring a Project Manager for placement in Batam. The company offers a solid, development-oriented work environment and the opportunity to lead projects with large corporate clients. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Plan, manage, and monitor project implementation including schedule, budget, scope, and quality in accordance with contract and client targets • Prepare and update project plans, time schedules, budgets (RAB), and periodic progress reports • Coordinate engineering teams, field personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers • Serve as the main point of contact with clients, including handling variation orders and resolving project issues • Control project costs, including material procurement and term/progress billing • Ensure implementation of occupational health and safety standards and quality throughout all work stages • Oversee completeness of all project documentation: contracts, minutes of meetings, handover documents, as-built drawings, and project closure documents Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Minimum S1 degree in Civil Engineering or Industrial Engineering • Minimum 3 years of experience as Project Manager, Project Engineer, Project Coordinator, or Site Manager managing projects from planning through handover • Thorough understanding of the complete project cycle: planning, implementation, control, and closure • Proven capability to prepare and control time schedules, budgets (RAB), and progress reports • Experienced in coordinating multiple parties including internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients • Strong grasp of project contracts, variation orders, payment terms, and project document administration • Able to read technical drawings and understand budgets and BoQ (Bill of Quantities) • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and scheduling software such as MS Project or Primavera • PMP certification or equivalent is considered a plus • Domiciled in Batam Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Batam, Kepulauan Riau, Indonesia (Penempatan: Batam) • Onsite project management role Compensation & Benefits: • Competitive salary according to experience and abilities • Opportunity to handle projects with large corporate clients • Solid work environment open to professional development Application Instructions: • Submit an updated CV via email with the subject line formatted as: Application – Project Manager_[Full Name].
