Role & Company / Project Overview: PT Bringin Karya Sejahtera (BKS) is urgently seeking a passionate and experienced Project Manager for an upcoming Interior Renovation Project in Denpasar, Bali. This role is responsible for overseeing the full execution and operational success of interior fit-out and construction activities. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Lead and manage the interior renovation project execution from inception to completion. • Coordinate project schedules, timeline tracking, and on-site implementation. • Conduct team supervision and collaborate with vendors, contractors, and project stakeholders. • Ensure high standards of quality, safety, and operational efficiency on site. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in interior renovation and construction projects. • Strong technical capabilities, communication skills, and proven team and vendor coordination abilities.
