Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring a passionate, result-driven Senior JEE Educator specializing in Chemistry for classroom teaching targeting JEE Main and Advanced students in Bangalore. The ideal faculty member will demonstrate profound domain knowledge, dynamic classroom authority, and a commitment to producing outstanding JEE ranks. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Deliver comprehensive, concept-driven classroom instruction for JEE Main and JEE Advanced Chemistry curricula (Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry). • Render complex chemical reaction mechanisms and conceptual frameworks intuitive and accessible. • Actively mentor, guide, and support aspirants aiming for single-digit and double-digit ranks in JEE Advanced. • Assess student strengths and weaknesses, review testing performance, and deliver rank-boosting guidance. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Mandatory Qualification: IIT alumni only. • Proven history of mentoring students who secured single- or double-digit ranks in JEE Advanced. • Teaching experience within a maximum ceiling of 10 to 12 years. • Outstanding verbal communication skills and impactful classroom delivery. • Deep commitment to academic excellence and student success. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India. • Mode: Classroom Teaching (Onsite). Compensation & Benefits: • Annual Salary Package: Up to ₹40 LPA – ₹45 LPA (Final package depends on demonstrated track record, subject expertise, and interview evaluations).
