Role & Company / Project Overview: We are seeking an accomplished Senior JEE Educator specializing in Physics for classroom teaching targeting JEE Main and Advanced aspirants in Bangalore. We require a dedicated faculty member who pairs deep subject mastery with an inspiring classroom presence to mentor students toward exceptional JEE Advanced ranks. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Conduct high-standard, in-depth Physics lectures covering theoretical foundations, advanced numerical problem solving, and analytical applications for JEE Main & Advanced. • Simplify complex physical theories and mathematical derivations into intuitive conceptual frameworks. • Mentor aspirants systematically to compete for single- or double-digit ranks in JEE Advanced. • Monitor academic progress, conduct doubt-clearing sessions, and prepare students for advanced test patterns. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Mandatory Qualification: IIT alumni only. • Documented track record of coaching students to single- or double-digit ranks in JEE Advanced. • Overall teaching experience within a maximum of 10 to 12 years. • Excellent communication skills and strong pedagogical presentation capabilities. • Energetic attitude and dedicated commitment toward student development and competitive exam outcomes. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India. • Mode: Classroom Teaching (Onsite). Compensation & Benefits: • Annual Salary Package: Up to ₹36 LPA (Final package is structured based on domain expertise, proven mentor results, and interview performance).
