Role & Company / Project Overview: Experis is seeking an experienced Automation Developer – Data & Power Platform to build robust, data-driven automation solutions for enterprise clients. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Design and develop database structures supporting automation solutions. • Build automation workflows using Python, VBA, and Microsoft Power Platform. • Extract, transform, and validate data from multiple sources. • Automate repetitive Finance and HR business processes. • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and provide ongoing support for solutions post-deployment. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 6+ years of professional experience. • Strong hands-on experience in SQL and database design. • Strong Python scripting experience for data processing, transformation, and automation. • Demonstrated proficiency in Excel VBA / Macro development. • Practical expertise in Power Apps development. • Hands-on expertise with Power Automate, including Cloud Flows and Desktop Flows. • Proven ability in data extraction, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation. • Experience handling Finance and HR data, as well as SAP extracts. • Knowledge of Power BI and Power Query is an added advantage. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India. • Work Mode: Hybrid (as per client requirement).
