Role & Company / Project Overview: NiSh Technologies is urgently hiring a Senior MERN Solution Architect / Technical Lead with 7+ years of experience. This is a full-time, hybrid position based out of Bangalore. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Define system architecture and technical roadmaps for MERN-based applications. • Design scalable solutions and lead technical/design approval discussions. • Lead development teams, mentor engineers, and promote engineering excellence. • Ensure high standards for code quality, security, scalability, and performance. • Conduct code reviews and establish development best practices. • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into robust solutions. • Drive CI/CD, DevOps integration, and release planning. • Identify technical risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies. • Champion AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 7+ years of software development experience with architecture/technical leadership. • Expert in MERN stack: React.js, Node.js, MongoDB, NestJS. • Strong command of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript. • In-depth expertise in AWS architecture and cloud deployments. • Solid experience in Microservices Architecture and API Design Patterns. • Strong database knowledge with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and/or Oracle. • Hands-on CI/CD experience with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar. • Strong foundation in Authentication/security: JWT, OAuth, OWASP. • Good to Have Skills: - Angular and hybrid front-end ecosystems. - GraphQL, API design. - Terraform or AWS CDK / Infrastructure as Code. - BPMN 2.0 and DMN 1.3; workflow/rule-engine architecture. - Workflow orchestration on AWS and microservices integration. • AI & GitHub Copilot Capabilities: - Use AI for architectural trade-offs and Architecture Decision Records (ADRs). - AI-powered code analysis for technical debt and refactoring. - GitHub Advanced Security / Copilot Autofix in CI/CD. - AI-assisted Terraform / AWS CDK development. - LLM-powered codebase search for onboarding and knowledge sharing. • What Will Make You Stand Out: - Customer-facing communication and stakeholder management. - Insurance domain experience and ability to manage multiple initiatives is an advantage. - Strong learning mindset and emerging-technology adoption.
