• Role & Company / Project Overview: We are seeking a talented .NET Core Developer with strong backend development skills and practical experience using AI-assisted development tools to enhance software development productivity. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Understand existing and unfamiliar codebases using AI assistance. - Convert requirements into technical solutions efficiently. - Perform code generation and acceleration while maintaining robust code standards. - Undertake refactoring and codebase modernization. - Conduct debugging, troubleshooting, log analysis, and root-cause analysis. - Generate comprehensive unit and integration tests. - Conduct thorough code reviews and security checks. - Formulate SQL queries and prepare technical documentation. - Review, validate, test, and correct AI-generated code rather than blindly accepting AI-generated solutions. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Experience: 2+ Years of relevant backend development experience. - Core Skills: C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, Web API & REST APIs, Entity Framework Core, SQL Server & SQL. - Engineering Fundamentals: Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), SOLID principles, Design Patterns, Dependency Injection, and Asynchronous Programming. - Security & Auth: JWT, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect. - Version Control & Testing: Git, Unit & Integration Testing, CI/CD, and modern deployment practices. - AI-Assisted Development (Mandatory): Strong practical experience with tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Codex, Cursor, or equivalent AI development tools. - Ability to write effective prompts, provide relevant context to AI tools, and critically evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, security, and performance. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Malleshwaram, Bangalore, Karnataka, India. - Work Mode: Work from Office (Full-time). - Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days. • Compensation & Benefits: - Salary: ₹10,00,000 – ₹15,00,000 per annum (₹10–15 LPA). • Application Instructions: - Interested candidates can submit their updated CV quoting '.NET Core Developer – Bangalore' in the subject line.
