Role & Company / Project Overview: We are seeking an experienced AI Full Stack Developer (.NET + Angular + AI) for a full-time, long-term, 100% remote position open to India-based candidates only. This position requires real AI development experience beyond just using AI coding tools (such as Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT) or merely wiring up an API. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Build and ship AI features end to end rather than basic API integration. • Architect and implement RAG solutions hands-on, covering chunking, embeddings, vector databases, and retrieval tuning. • Develop Document AI and OCR solutions including extraction, classification, and validation pipelines. • Perform prompt engineering and build AI agents, incorporating evaluation mechanisms and handling of bad outputs. • Develop and maintain full stack web applications using .NET and Angular frameworks. • Write clean, maintainable code following SOLID principles and industry best practices. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 2 to 6 years of professional full stack and AI development experience. • Hands-on experience building real AI and LLM systems. • Strong full stack engineering base: .NET Core, C#, Web API. • Frontend expertise: Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript. • Solid understanding of SQL, Git version control, and SOLID principles. • Hands-on proficiency with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or Claude; fine-tuning experience is a plus. • Notice period: Immediate joiners preferred (maximum 30 days notice). Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: 100% Remote (India-based candidates only). • Employment Type: Full-time, long-term.
