• Role & Company / Project Overview: Harihans Horizon Private Limited is looking for an experienced QA Automation Manager to lead quality engineering and automation initiatives. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Strong expertise in QA Automation & Test Engineering - Lead QA/Automation teams, providing mentorship and driving overall QA strategy and strategic planning - Design, establish, and maintain automation frameworks, test strategies, and CI/CD pipelines - Oversee and execute functional, regression, API, and end-to-end testing - Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and Business teams - Manage client handling and diverse stakeholder expectations • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Overall Experience: 12–18 Years - Automation Experience: 10+ to 12+ Years hands-on experience in automation testing - Hands-on technical skills with Selenium Java, Cypress, Playwright, Tosca, BDD, Cucumber, and API testing - Proven leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Bangalore Onsite - Work Mode: Candidates should be comfortable working from Bangalore onsite • Compensation & Benefits: - Not specified • Application Instructions: Interested candidates should share their updated CV detailing relevant experience in QA Automation and leadership.
