### Role & Company / Project Overview We are hiring an experienced US Mortgage professional for the Team Lead position with hands-on exposure to Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), Foreclosure, Default Servicing, or Attorney Oversight. Role type is Individual Contributor. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Third-Party / Default Attorney Due Diligence - Risk Assessment, Compliance & Control Reviews - US Mortgage Foreclosure & Default Servicing oversight and operations - Attorney / Vendor Governance and Performance Monitoring - Documentation, Issue Resolution & Remediation Tracking - Invoice Auditing and Discrepancy Identification - License, Insurance & Compliance Tracking - Risk Reporting and Management Updates - Utilizing ProcessUnity or similar TPRM platforms ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Experience: 3–12 Years (Mandatory: US Mortgage experience) - Experience in Foreclosure, Default Servicing, Attorney Oversight, or TPRM is highly preferred - Notice Period: Immediate to 60 Days ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Bangalore - Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO) - Interview Mode: Virtual ### Compensation & Benefits - Salary: As per experience and interview performance ### Application Instructions - Interested candidates please share your updated resume to the contact provided.
