### Role & Company / Project Overview We are looking for an experienced Scope Lead with strong expertise in Capital Markets and Post-Trade Processing to join our team focusing on the Gloss Product. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Act as the primary functional point of contact for clients. - Lead client workshops and requirement-gathering sessions. - Define and manage product scope, requirements, and change requests. - Translate business requirements into ERFs, Epics, Features, and user stories. - Work closely with Product, Delivery, and Project Management teams. - Participate in Agile ceremonies, PI planning, backlog refinement, and estimation. - Manage stakeholder expectations, dependencies, risks, and delivery timelines. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 8+ years of total experience in Capital Markets Post-Trade Processing. - 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Product Owner / Product Lead / Scope Lead. - Strong knowledge of Equities and Fixed Income. - Good understanding of trade lifecycle, clearing, settlement, accounting, and regulatory reporting. - Experience in client workshops, requirements management, and scope/change control. - Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and Agile methodologies. - Experience in Gloss product. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Bangalore, Karnataka - Work Mode: Onsite / Hybrid as required ### Compensation & Benefits - Compensation details to be discussed based on current CTC and expectations. ### Application Instructions Share your resume via email along with details including Current CTC, Expected CTC, Total Experience, Relevant Experience in Gloss, Current Location, Notice Period, and willingness to work in Bangalore.
