• Role & Company / Project Overview: ProConnxt is hiring an experienced Senior Data Scientist to join the Data Science & AI team and work on initiatives across AI/ML, Generative AI, Healthcare Analytics, AI Governance, Performance Measurement, and Cost Optimization in the Healthcare domain. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Support AI Governance & Responsible AI practices, including use-case assessment, risk, feasibility, privacy, and documentation. - Apply Machine Learning, NLP, Generative AI, Statistical Modeling, and Advanced Analytics to healthcare use cases. - Analyze structured, semi-structured, and unstructured healthcare data. - Define and monitor KPIs, performance metrics, adoption metrics, and business-value metrics for AI initiatives. - Identify opportunities for AI/Cloud Cost Optimization, workflow efficiency, and productivity improvement. - Collaborate with Business, Technology, Product, Analytics, Clinical, and Operations teams. - Translate business and clinical requirements into problem statements, data requirements, analytical approaches, success criteria, and implementation plans. - Support AI initiatives across the entire lifecycle: Ideation → POC → Validation → Implementation → Monitoring → Value Realization. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - 3–4+ years (4+ years) of experience in Healthcare Data Science / Healthcare Analytics / AI/ML / Clinical Informatics. - Strong hands-on experience with Python & SQL. - Experience with Machine Learning, NLP, GenAI & Statistical Modeling. - Experience working with EMR/EHR, Claims, Clinical, Pharmacy, Oncology, or other healthcare datasets. - Experience with AI Governance, Responsible AI, Data Governance, or Model Risk is highly preferred. - Knowledge of Snowflake, Cloud Platforms, Power BI, or similar tools is an advantage. - Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. - Ideal candidate combines technical expertise, healthcare domain knowledge, AI governance, and business-value thinking. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India. - Employment Type: Full-Time. • Application Instructions: Interested candidates can share their updated resume with the subject line 'Senior Data Scientist – AI & Healthcare'.
