Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring an experienced professional as an Organizational Analytics Consultant to join the Talent & Organization Consulting team at Albireo Recruiters. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Develop data-driven workforce and people analytics solutions. • Build survey-based frameworks, questionnaires, and action plans. • Analyze workforce trends and translate insights into business recommendations. • Apply statistical and predictive/prescriptive analytical methodologies. • Support workforce transformation, talent strategy, and organizational design initiatives. • Work with clients to develop data-backed people strategies. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Experience: 4–6 Years. • Qualification: Full-time Master's Degree. • Level: Consultant. • Must-Have Skills: - People Analytics / Workforce Analytics - Data Visualization - Data Analysis and Interpretation - Statistical Methodologies • Good to Have: - Natural Language Processing (NLP) - Machine Learning - Behavioral Science / Industrial & Organizational Psychology - Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India. • Onsite / Office-based consulting role.
