• Role & Company / Project Overview: CyberPWN Technologies is hiring a Lead Security Engineer – Cloud Security for a full-time position. In this role, you will bring your technical expertise to a high-growth security engineering team focused on innovation, ownership, and building secure, scalable, and repeatable Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) practices. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Lead the implementation, configuration, and continuous optimization of Wiz (CSPM) across enterprise cloud environments. - Analyze multi-cloud infrastructure risks and provide actionable technical remediation recommendations using Wiz. - Review, develop, and suggest Cloud Configuration Rules (CCRs) to enhance organizational security posture while ensuring adherence to industry best practices and regulatory compliance. - Regularly assess and fine-tune Wiz features to ensure maximum effectiveness in identifying, detecting, and mitigating security vulnerabilities. - Leverage multi-cloud knowledge across AWS and Azure to evaluate, deploy, and enforce robust security best practices. - Develop and maintain comprehensive cloud security policies, standards, and standard operating procedures aligned with organizational objectives. - Collaborate across cross-functional engineering teams, including DevOps, IT, Security, and SOC teams, to embed security guardrails into CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure. - Investigate, analyze, and resolve cloud security alerts and incidents promptly in close collaboration with the SOC team. - Partner with business and technical stakeholders to translate security requirements into actionable security controls. - Engage with senior leadership and departmental heads to define cloud security objectives, report on posture metrics, and provide strategic security risk guidance. - Monitor Wiz and related cloud security tooling to respond rapidly to alerts and report risks to stakeholders. - Conduct regular cloud security assessments, vulnerability management activities, and audits to maintain continuous compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, CIS). - Design, develop, and deploy automated workflows for issue remediation to reduce manual interventions. - Provide technical mentorship and training to team members and key stakeholders regarding Wiz usage and cloud security best practices. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - 3+ years of relevant experience in Cloud Security and CSPM practices. - Strong hands-on knowledge and expertise with Wiz (CSPM). - Proven experience implementing security best practices across AWS and Azure multi-cloud environments. - Practical experience with CI/CD pipeline security integration, security automation, and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, CIS). - Strong communication skills with experience presenting security posture metrics to leadership. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India. - Employment Type: Full-time. • Compensation & Benefits: - Comprehensive full-time corporate benefits as per company policy. • Application Instructions: - Submit an updated resume via email to CyberPWN Technologies talent acquisition.
