• Role & Company / Project Overview: Hiring for an AWS/Azure Security Engineer / Senior Cloud Security Engineer (Job ID: JD262753) with Loopalpha. This is a full-time contract role working in US shift timings with an 8-hour daily commitment. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Manage and secure cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure environments. - Implement and maintain Microsoft Entra ID and Identity & Access Management (IAM), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Conditional Access policies. - Oversee Microsoft Defender for Cloud and Microsoft Sentinel / SIEM systems. - Conduct vulnerability management, threat detection, and incident response operations. - Perform security risk assessments and ensure compliance across systems. - Execute Zero Trust Security architectures and implement DevSecOps practices. - Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell, Python, or Bash. - Support Terraform, Kubernetes, and container security operations. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Minimum 6 years of relevant cloud security experience. - Must-Have Skills: Cloud Security (AWS / Azure), Microsoft Entra ID and IAM, MFA and Conditional Access, Microsoft Defender for Cloud, Microsoft Sentinel / SIEM, Vulnerability Management, Threat Detection and Incident Response, Security Risk Assessment and Compliance, Zero Trust Security, DevSecOps, Scripting with PowerShell, Python, or Bash. - Preferred Skills & Certifications: Terraform, Kubernetes and Container Security, CISSP / CCSP / Azure Security / AWS Security Certifications. - Excellent communication skills are mandatory; average communication will not be sufficient. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Fully Remote. - Shift Timings: US Shift. - Work Commitment: Full-time commitment of 8 hours per day. - Dual Employment: Permitted, provided candidates are fully available during assigned working hours and reachable for meetings or calls whenever required. • Application Instructions: - Interested candidates should submit their updated resume along with their skill-wise breakdown of years of experience across the required technologies and copies of relevant certifications to the contact details provided.
