Role & Company / Project Overview: OLIVA is hiring customer support professionals for Voice Process positions to connect customer journeys with exciting career opportunities. There are 15 total vacancies available across language profiles. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Handle voice-based customer inquiries, support interactions, and communication professionally in Gujarati and Hindi. • Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and quality service delivery. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Minimum 6 months of relevant customer support / voice process experience. • Language proficiency: Fluency in Gujarati and Hindi is mandatory. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Shift: Day shift, 9 hours scheduled between 7:00 AM and 12:00 AM. • Working Days: 6 days a week. • Week Off: 1 rotational day off per week. • Location: Initially located at Bommanahalli, Bangalore; relocation to Hosa Road – Purva Gainz may be required. Compensation & Benefits: • Fixed salary: INR 22,000 per month (salary inclusive of NAPS).
