• Role & Company / Project Overview Globiva is recruiting for International Customer Support roles based in Marathahalli / Kadubeesanahalli, Bangalore. Positions are open for both freshers and experienced candidates across standard international and Aspora processes. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Provide professional international customer service and support. - Resolve inquiries, troubleshoot customer concerns, and ensure high customer satisfaction. - Adhere to international process quality, operational standards, and SLAs. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Education/Experience: Open to both freshers and experienced professionals. - Language Proficiency: Fluent English + Hindi OR Fluent English + Malayalam. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Marathahalli / Kadubeesanahalli, Bangalore, Karnataka. • Compensation & Benefits - Freshers: ₹22,000 CTC (₹18,000 In-Hand) per month. - Experienced: ₹25,000 CTC (₹20,800 In-Hand) per month. - Aspora Process: Up to ₹32,000 In-Hand per month (English + Malayalam). • Application Instructions - Submit updated resume to the contact email or connect via WhatsApp / LinkedIn DM.
