Role & Company / Project Overview: Write Your Destiny is hiring a Customer Relationship Manager in Bangalore to manage client interactions, guest coordination, and maintain outstanding relationship quality. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, visitors, and guests. • Coordinate with internal staff across departments to resolve client issues. • Handle guest relations, front-facing customer meetings, and ensure overall customer satisfaction. • Facilitate smooth communication between clients and internal execution teams. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 0 to 3 years of experience (freshers eligible). • Well-presentable with outstanding verbal and written communication skills. • Strong capability in Staff Coordination and Customer Handling. • Experience in Guest Handling and client service.
