Job description

• Role & Company / Project Overview Dusun Bambu Outdoor Dining Resort is hiring Entrance Staff under Operations & Technical to handle ticketing, guest reception, and gate management. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Welcome incoming visitors, check admission passes, and manage visitor queue flow at resort entry points. - Provide accurate visitor information regarding resort facilities, dining zones, and events. - Coordinate with security and operations staff to maintain orderly entrance operations. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Minimum High School / Diploma / Bachelor's Degree with 1–2 years of relevant experience. - Appearance & Attitude: Neat, well-groomed, professional, honest, and customer-oriented (service mindset). - Skills & Communication: Excellent communication, strong teamwork, and adaptability. - Languages: Fluent in Indonesian; basic English skills are advantageous. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Dusun Bambu Outdoor Dining Resort, Bandung, West Java, Indonesia. - Working Conditions: Willing to work in shifts, on weekends, and on public holidays. • Application Instructions - Send your CV via email to the recruitment address with subject: Name - Position.
